【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardsupportstheapplicationofautomatedidentification,monitoringandexchangeofemergencyresponseinformationregardingdangerousgoodscarriedonboardroadtransportvehicles.Suchinformationmayincludetheidentification,quantityandcurrentcondition(suchaspressureandtemperature)ofsuchgoods,aswellasanyrelevantemergencyresponseinformation.Whenequippedwithappropriateelectronicsandcommunicationscapabilities,vehiclescarryingdangerousgoodsmayrespondtoqueriesregardingtheirstatusorself-initiateamessage.Theinformationdefinedhere,electronicallycarriedonboardtheroadtransportvehicle,maybetransferredtointerestedroadsidesystemsbywhatevercommunicationsmeansareappropriatetothatroadsidesystem.TheprimaryintentofthisInternationalStandardisnottrade,economicorcommercial,buttohelpsavelivesbyfacilitatingemergencyresponse.ThisInternationalStandardsupportslocalon-siteneedsinthesamemannerasconventionalvisualplacardsdo,butwithanoptional,complementary,enhancedandmoreversatileelectronicversion.
