【摘要】:Theflashpointtemperatureisonemeasureofthetendencyofthetestspecimentoformaflammablemixturewithairundercontrolledlaboratoryconditions.Itisonlyoneofanumberofpropertiesthatmustbeconsideredinassessingtheoverallflammabilityhazardofamaterial.Flashpointisusedinshippingandsafetyregulationstodefineflammableandcombustiblematerials.Consulttheparticularregulationinvolvedforprecisedefinitionsoftheseclassifications.Flashpointcanindicatethepossiblepresenceofhighlyvolatileandflammablematerialsinarelativelynon-volatileornon-flammablematerial.IncaseswhereTestMethodD2887dataareavailable,thatis,fordeterminationofboilingrangedistributionorcalculationofotherphysicalproperties,thistestmethodprovidesacalculationmethodforflashpointwithoutperforminganadditionalanalysis.Table1showstherangesfortheIBP,5%,and10%resultsforeachequation.Inthecasewheretheflashpointofafuelhasbeeninitiallyestablished,thecalculatedflashpointisusefulasaflashpointcheckonsubsequentsamplesofthatfuel,provideditssourceandmodeofmanufactureremainunchanged.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthecalculatedflashpointformula,whichrepresentsameansfordirectlyestimatingtheflashpointtemperatureofdistillatefuelsfromTestMethodD2887data.Thevaluecomputedfromtheequationistermedthex201C;calculatedflashpoint.x201D;ThecalculatedflashpointformulaisapplicabletodieselfuelsamplesbasedonacorrelationtoTestMethodD93overtherangefrom47to99x00B0;C,andtojetfuelsamplesbasedonacorrelationtoTestMethodD56andTestMethodD3828overtherangefrom35to67x00B0;C.1.2ThecalculatedflashpointformulaisvalidfordieselandjetfuelswithanIBPbetween90and162x00B0;C(194and324x00B0;F),TestMethodD28875%recoverytemperaturebetween136and207x00B0;C(277and405x00B0;F),andTestMethodD288710%recoverytemperaturebetween142and222x00B0;C(288and432x00B0;F).Foreachflashpointtestmethod(TestMethodD56,TestMethodD93,andTestMethodD3828)aseparateequationhasbeenestablished.See4.4foradetailedoverviewofthesimulateddistillationIBP,5%,and10%rangesperequation.1.3Acalculateddiagnosticparameter,notexceedingagiventhresholdvalue,isaprerequisiteforacceptanceofthecalculatedflashpoint.1.4ThediagnosticparameterMSPEX(MeanSummedPredictionError)checksthesamplecompliance,basedonreconstructionofTIBP,T5%,andT10%ofthesample,viaacalculationprocedure.AvalueforMSPEXnotexceedingthethresholdlevelof1.9x00B0;Cisaprerequisiteforacceptingthecalculatedflashpoint,CFP.Note18212;Itisimportanttonotethatcalculatedflashpointresults,atthistime,arenotrecognizedbyregulatoryorganizationsinverifyingconformancetoapplicableregulations.Note28212;Thecalculatedflashpointderivedfromsimulateddistillationdatadependsupontheaccuracyofdeterminationofthe......
