【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000describesperformancerequirements,testmethodsandclassificationproceduresfordegreesofprotectionprovidedbyemptyenclosuresagainstelectromagneticdisturbancesforfrequenciesbetween10kHzand40GHz.Theshieldingperformanceistobemeasuredpriortotheinstallationofinternalelectricaland/orelectronicequipmentandcomponents.ThisshieldingprotectionismeasuredforthepurposeofdemonstratingthattheenclosureprovidesadequateshieldingofelectromagneticenergytosupportacceptableperformanceofthecompleteassembledunitswhentestedtoapplicableIECstandards.However,itshouldbenotedthatsatisfactoryperformanceofanemptyenclosuredoesnotnecessarilyensurethatthecompletedunitswillpassallEMCperformanceteststandardsfortheoperatingequipment(seediscussioninannexA).Thepurposeofthisstandardistoprovidearepeatablemeansforevaluatingtheelectromagneticshieldingperformanceofemptymechanicalenclosures,includingcabinetsandsubracks,andtospecifyamarkingcodetoallowamanufacturertoselectanenclosurewithaknowncapabilityforattenuatingelectromagneticfields.Therequirementsforimmunitytovarioustypesofelectromagneticdisturbances,includinglightningandhigh-altitudeelectro-magneticpulse(HEMP)willneedtobeconsideredbymanufacturerswhendeterminingtheneedforapplicationofthisstandardforspecificequipmentandapplications,andforthespecificenclosureshieldingrequirementswhicharenecessaryasafunctionoffrequency.Theadoptionoftheclassificationsysteminthisstandardwill,wheneverpossible,promoteuniformityinmethodsofdescribingtheprotectionagainstelectromagneticstressesprovidedbytheenclosure.Thisincludesprotectionofequipmentinsidetheenclosurefromexternalelectromagneticstresses,aswellasprotectionofexternalequipmentfrominternallygeneratedelectromagneticstresses.TechnicalCommitteesresponsibleforenclosuresmaydecideontheextentandmannerinwhichtheclassificationdefinedinthisstandardisusedintheirstandardsandtodefine"enclosure"asitappliestotheirequipment.However,thetestsandperformancecategoriesmustnotdifferfromthosespecifiedinthisstandard.AninformativeguideforthedetailstobespecifiedinrelevantenclosureproductstandardsisgiveninannexB.
