【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiestheallocationofaminimumsetofgraphiccharacterstothealphanumericzoneofthealphanumericsectionofakeyboardthatconformstoBSISO/IEC9995-1:1994andtoBSISO/IEC9995-2:1994.TherepertoireofallocatedgraphiccharactersisthatoftheUnitedKingdom7-bitcodedcharactersetspecifiedbyBS4730:1993,supplementedbyafewcharactersfromLatinAlphabetNo.1ofBSISO/IEC10367:1991.Thealphanumericzoneofthekeyboardmaybeprovidedwitheither47or48keystowhichthegraphiccharactersareallocated.ThekeyboardarrangementsspecifiedinthisBritishStandardareintendedtoapplytokeyboardsofinformationtechnologyequipmentsuchaspersonalcomputers,workstations,andvisualdisplayunitsandothercomputerterminals.
