【摘要】:1ThispartofISO6157establisheslimitsforvarioustypesofsurfacediscontinuitiesonbolts,screwsandstudsforspecialrequirements.Itappliestobolts,screwsandstudswith—nominalthreaddiameters5mmandlarger;—productgradesAandB;—nominallenghtsl≤10d(orlongerifspecified);—propertyclass12.9;—propertyclasses8.8,9.8and10.9whenspecifiedinproductstandardsoragreedbetweensupplierandpurchaser.2Wherethepermissiblelimitsforsurfacediscontinuitiesindicatedinclause3occur,theminimumvaluesforthemechanicalandfunctionalpropertiesspecifiedinISO898-1shouldstillbemet.Whenfatiguestrengthrequirementsarespecified,thefatiguestrengthshouldnotbelowerthanthatobtainedonboltswithoutdefectstakenfromthesamelot.NOTES1Thefiguresinclause3areexamplesonly.Theyapplycorrespond-inglyalsotoothertypesofbolts,screwsandstuds.2Theindividualfiguresshowthesurfacediscontinuitiesexaggeratedinsomecasesforclarity.
