【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,performance,primarypackagingandlabellingofwheelsandthecorrespondingtestmethods.Itisapplicabletofireworkswhichareclassifiedaswheelsincategories2and3inEN14035-2.Itisnotapplicabletowheelscontainingreportcomposition.Itisnotapplicabletowheelscontainingpyrotechniccompositionthatincludesanyofthefollowingsubstances:—arsenicorarseniccompounds;—mixturescontainingamassfractionofchloratesgreaterthan80%;—mixturesofchlorateswithmetals;—mixturesofchlorateswithredphosphorus;—mixturesofchlorateswithpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(ll);—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfur;—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfides;—leadorleadcompounds;—mercurycompounds;—whitephosphorus;—picratesorpicricacid;—potassiumchloratewithamassfractionofbromatesgreaterthan0,15%;—sulfurwithanacidity,expressedinmassfractionofsulphuricacid,greaterthan0,002%;—zirconiumwithaparticlesizeoflessthan40μm.NOTEInEN14035-2,wheelsareclassifiedasfollows:—briefdescription:non-metallictubeortubescontainingpyrotechniccompositionandprovidedwithameansofattachingittoasupportsoitcanrotate;—principaleffects:rotationaroundafixedpointoraxisandemissionofsparksandflames,withorwithoutauraleffect(s).SchemesfortypetestingofwheelsandbatchtestingofwheelsarespecifiedinannexAandannexBrespectively.
