【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesrequirements,recommendationsandmethodsforthetestingofthreadcompoundsintendedforuseonISO/APIthreadforms,aswellasproprietarycasing,tubing,linepipeanddrillstemelementswithrotaryshoulderedconnections.Thetestsoutlinedareusedtoevaluatethecriticalperformancepropertiesandphysicalandchemicalcharacteristicsofthreadcompoundsunderlaboratoryconditions.Thesetestmethodsareprimarilyintendedforthreadcompoundsformulatedwithalubricatingbasegreaseandarenotapplicabletosomematerialsusedforlubricatingand/orsealingthreadconnections.Itisrecognizedthatmanyareascanhaveenvironmentalrequirementsforproductsofthistype.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotincluderequirementsforenvironmentalcompliance.Itistheresponsibilityoftheendusertoinvestigatetheserequirementsandtoselect,useanddisposeofthethreadcompoundsandrelatedwastematerialsaccordingly.
