【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodofmeasuringthetotaloreffectivethicknessofthinsurface-hardenedlayers,withthicknessesoflessthanorequalto0,3mm,obtained,forexample,bymechanical(shotblasting,shotpeening,etc.),thermal(flameorinductionhardening,etc.)orthermochemical(carbonitriding,carburizingandhardening,etc.)treatment.Itisnotapplicabletothinsurfacelayerswhicharenotcontinuouswiththebasismetal.NOTE—Surface-hardenedlayerswiththicknessesofmorethan0,3mmarecoveredbyISO2639,Steel—Determinationandverifica-tionoftheeffectivedepthofcarburizedandhardenedcases;andISO3754,Steel—Determinationofeffectivedepthofhardeningafterflameorinductionhardening.
